Erick Sparring is a conversational avatar based on generative AI, used by managers to interact with him. Erick then diagnoses the manager's performance in front of employees, thanks to the training he has received using leadership methodologies.

The preparation process

The manager or middle manager interacts with Erick, who prepares for his role as an employee or team member in various key team management situations. Erick is parameterized based on his level of employee maturity, behavioral style (Disc model, for example), hierarchical level, professional experience, and type of organization... or whatever you want to call it.

So Erick can be a talented but under-motivated employee, a conflictive person, a high-potential member looking to be promoted, a young person who needs constant guidance, or an underperforming employee, or he can even be someone considering leaving the company... Or whatever we want him to be... Or whatever we need to work on.

The process of carrying out training role plays

In the conversation between the manager and Erick, the latter will display the reactions we desire: he may appear defiant, evasive, grateful, frustrated, enthusiastic, etc., depending on the training objectives. The manager must manage all of these situations.

Erick will add whatever observations we want. He can tell us that he doesn't agree with our assessments, that he's not happy with the company, that he doesn't feel recognized, that he lacks motivation, that he's going through a difficult time... Or whatever we tell him.

The process-results

Erick will generate a set of results where both the seller and his manager will be able to view:

  • Transcript of the role play and the corresponding video
  • Evaluation of the pace of presentation, use of language and concreteness
  • Positive elements and points for improvement in the sales conversation
  • An assessment broken down into several items and a global assessment

The person responsible for the person may, after reviewing the results of Erick's assessment, contribute or supplement said assessment with a qualitative assessment.

The benefits of management training

    • Develop adaptive and situational leadership styles and self-awareness as a leader.
    • Increase the capacity for influence and decision-making in complex environments.
    • Practicing 1:1 conversation management is key to team motivation and development.
    • Prevent and manage tensions before they escalate within the team.
    • Breaking automatisms and ineffective patterns acquired over time.
