Erick Sparring is a conversational avatar based on generative AI, used by the salesperson who interacts with him. Erick then diagnoses the salesperson's performance based on the sales excellence methodologies he has incorporated.
The preparation process
Erick is parameterized based on personality traits (Disc model parameters, for example, he can be extremely cordial and friendly, dry or a person of few words), role in the company and level of expertise... or whatever we want him to be.
Erick can be a purchasing director of an industrial company, an end customer who wants to purchase a vehicle, a buyer of a jewelry store, a CEO of a multinational who needs to purchase a service... Or whatever we want him to be.
The process of carrying out training role plays
The salesperson interacts with Erick at various stages of the sales process. Erick will raise any objections we wish. He might tell us the product is too expensive, that he wasn't happy last time, that he's looking for something special... or whatever we tell him.
The process-results
Erick will generate a set of results where both the seller and his manager will be able to view:
- Transcript of the role play and the corresponding video
- Evaluation of the pace of presentation, use of language and concreteness
- Positive elements and points for improvement in the sales conversation
- An assessment broken down into several items and a global assessment
The person responsible for the person may, after reviewing the results of Erick's assessment, contribute or supplement said assessment with a qualitative assessment.
